Helaine S. Brick-Cabot, Esq.
Helaine S. Brick-Cabot, Esq. established her own law firm in 2005, as an innovative, effective problem solver with a solid foundation in business.
She has served as the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for a diverse group of companies, including a cardiac surgical medical practice at three hospitals in New York and New Jersey, a summer camp for children in upstate New York, an indoor family entertainment center in Paramus, New Jersey, and a New York City real estate firm.
Prior to that time she was a partner in a boutique Wall Street firm. She also served as Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the New York State Assembly and Counsel to the New York State Standing Committee on the Judiciary. Helaine earned her B.A. degree from Hunter College in New York City and her J.D. from Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of work, she is quite active as the President of two New York City cooperatives, is married and has two daughters.

Theresa Euvino, legal assistant at the Law Offices of Helaine Brick-Cabot, worked in the New York State Courts from 1992 to 2004.
She served as secretary to the Hon. Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr., at the Westchester County Court, New York State Supreme Court, and Westchester County Surrogateís Court.
Theresa has experience with estate and probate, real estate, matrimonial and litigation matters. Theresa brings her years of knowledge and in debt experience to our office.
